The program of the workshop was structured around the Work Packages (WPs) activities of the NARSIS Project with two lectures planned per WP. Beforehand each WP had selected relevant topics for presentation and prepared a collective lecture.

Practical Session
This practical session covered some basic Bayesian network theory, provided an example problem, and partly solved it in the software program “Netica”. The exercise and solution files are provided below.
Netica Software
The Netica software can be downloaded and installed from the below link. Please choose the correct download based on your OS (Windows or Mac OSX) and follow the corresponding set of instructions. You must be able to open the software and operate in the “Limited Mode” (free version).
